To say that I am upset is one of an understatement right now. How do you go and debit a total of R5000 when my monthly instalment is R1373.16. I made an arrangement with a gentleman by the name of Lunga to have R1577 fro my account to make up for arrears that i had incurred in the past as i cannot afford to pay the R600 extra to cover my arrears. I would like Nedbank to note that i am going to reverse my money and i am going to stop the debit order and pay cash since they seem to think that my bank account is a playground, a free for all.

I am also going to take this to the ombudsman and any other regulatory body i can get a hold of. i am fuming mad.
