Loan application status

I have been with sa multi loans for just over a year now, I recently applied for a top up an there is just no outcome on the status of my loan. I have contacted them up via my online acc and no response was received I even tried calling them but the hold times are unbearable yesterday I contacted them an eventually got through to an agent unfortunately my airtime ran out and no callback i am seriously not happy with their service they are not at all customer friendly, it does not look like my issue gona b resolved
