Using my details

I received a call from Think Money on 04 July 2013, saying that I applied for personal loan and it was approved by FNB for the amount of R60 000. I never applied for a personal loan.
I only applied for vehicle finance, and I received my vehicle on 03 July 2013.
Justin (from Think Money) mailed me and the supervisor stating that I didn't apply for a Personal Loan and that they must please cancel the application.
I left it there, trusting that it was sorted.
Then today, I received another call from one of their other divisions with the same story. After I told the manager, that I am not stupid enough to apply for another loan, because I just bought a car under finance. He still has the audacity to say that he knows I didn't apply for a personal loan online, but would I like one. This just shows me that he is more interested in selling a loan than to solve the () problem.
Someone, somewhere is committing with my details and I don't know how to stop this. I tried calling Think Money today, but cant get through to them. Also phoned FNB and SA line, and no one seems able to assist me in this matter.
