Called to ask for my premium to be reviewed as I received a renewal schedule which had my premium increasing. Spoke to Lucas who had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in my dealings with MiWay. He was just uninterested in helping me. So I told him I wanted to cancel the policy and this is mainly due to his attitude and lack of customer care. He said he would put me through to someone that would help. 5 minutes later,
I was still waiting. If this is the kind of service that MiWay prides itself in these days, then I am definitely leaving. I'm shopping around as we speak. I would rather pay a higher premium for good service, than a low-ish premium for stinking service!
