I am furious at the way that CAPITEC has handled my case. They have been completely not willing to assist. An individual unknown to me withdrew R15000 from my account in different intervals on the 20/10/2012.

When I called the bank and tried to seek asylium, they told me that the card was with me.

One cannot imagine the fustration I am under. I do not have the legal resources to take this matter up as I currently am unemployed.

I am horrified at the way this matter has been handled.
