I've got a personal loan with Nedbank for the past 2 months I made an arrangement that they debit R1400 due to financial problems, about a week ago I got a call from the consultant he wanted to confirm that I'm paying full amount this month and I confirmed. To my surprise when I check my bank balnce I found that they deducted an extra R1043.49 when i called Nedbank Phele told me that since im in arrears that is why they took an extra money but no one said or made me aware of that and i want them to reverse my money. Nebank has failed me as a client they were suppose to give me all the information make me aware how this thing works. If it was up to me I would change from Nedbank to another bank where they'll tell me all information instead they just went and take my money without my permission.
