I would like you guys to call me and explain to me that why do you send me an SMS stating that " Miway did not receive your premium. You have no cover for 24/11 - 23/12.
Why this because my invoice date is the 24th? Why do you want to debit the account on 22nd. I get paid on 24th not 22nd. This is the reason why I chose the account to be debited on 24th cause I get paid on 23rd of the month.
If you want me to cancel my premium say so. I hate this attitude you are giving us as customers.
Debit my account on 24th or else.
Such incompetent company. I sometimes regret why I chose this insurance company. All you know is to increase the subscription but you cant provide the service that is worth it.
Contact me and tell me that you will debit my account on the 23rd. End of story.
