Call centre not helpful. Can someone explain to me why when our agreement is that I get paid on the 23rd every month you decide to debit my account on the 22nd when the 23rd falls on a Saturday? This past month my account was debited early and I incurred costs of R74.50 from my bank. It's R14.50 for the transaction and R60 for unpaid debit order. I would like to be refunded. To also avoid this going forward, please change my debit order date to the 25th of every month.
