NOT GOOD BANKING PRACTICE

I took out a loan with Capitec - with instruction (also in writing) that they can ONLY debit my account on the 23rd of every month which is my pay day and not any other day. They have since sometimes debited my account on the 22nd - NOT ACCEPTABLE and now on the 18th - MOST DEFINITELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The only reason i have fund available is because of an overdraft - which i PAY INTEREST on - ONCE AGAIN, my account can only be debited on the 23rd of each month - i therefore insist that they reverse the debit they did today - at their cost and covering my costs and debit on the 23rd - which is the ONLY date i have given them permission to debit.
