I AM AN EXISTING OUTSURANCE CUSTOMER AND I CONTACTED OUTSURANCE LIFE COVER DIVISION TO GET A QUOTE. THE CONSULTANT THAT RETURNED THE CALL WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. SHE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO ASK QUESTIONS AND WHEN I TRIED TO SHE WOULD JUST SHOUT OVER MY VOICE. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO HER ATTENTION HER RESPONSE WAS THAT I AM A RUDE CUSTOMER! WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT? I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CAR INSURANCE POLICY WITH OUTSURANCE IMMEDIATELY! EVERY CUSTOMER DESERVES RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
