I was contacted after requesting a quote from outsurance, after discussing the cover at the end of the phone call I requested that I need to discuss this with my spouse, the woman blatantly asked me the following questions:
1. Why do u need to discuss it with your spouse?
2. Do you have to discuss everything with your spouse?
3. Is that the way your marriage is?
4. Oh that is really unfortunate.
This woman has no right to ask such questions!! Due to her disrespect to me as a future client of outsurance, I will NEVER deal with outsurance AGAIN!!!
THIS WOMAN IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC!!
