This is a very quick complaint about Outsurance, I left my details on the website for a consultant to contact me regarding a quote on vehicle insurance, now the consultant contacted me and right after giving him my id number asked if we could continue the quote process the next day, I agreed and then requested that he contact me before 12pm the next day which he also agreed. To date i have received no communication from anyone at Outsurance regarding a quote and frankly i am not interested anymore as clearly there is no customer service at Outsurance. All the money spent on promoting Outsurance and a consultant messes things up. Thank you for showing your true colors before I moved my insurance over to you, you have lost a highly potential client.
