I didn't expect to get such good service from Outsurance, and in particular Sammy. I just happened to call in to review my car insurance as I received a lower premium offer from another company by chance and decided to refresh my memory on what my policy offered. I was instead, pleasantly surprised by Sammy Mmotlana who went through my insurance with me, answered all my questions with an enthusiastic and vibrant attitude, gave me some good advice, AND beat my old monthly premium. I just wanted to say thank you Outsurance. I initially wanted to change, but am very happy to stay put, and on top of that, look at using Outsurance for other options when the time comes, such as life insurances etc. Many thanks! :-)
