I took out bussiness insurance a few months back and was told by the broker that in the event that i smash into my customer's gate or whatever the case may be as long as its work related, i will be covered. Today i wanted to put in a claim and a lady called me and after getting so frustrated with her she turned into a real and got all nasty. I was also nasty after her attitude me off! I keep paying my premiums on time and ive never ever claimed something in my life, but now that i cant afford to pay the damage even though it is work related, they just basically tell me to f uck off and that im wasting their time! She also tuned me that on page 72 of the schedule such damage is stated as something to do with vehicle insurance. Also something about my vehicle isnt a tool of trade, i mean HELLO you stupid woman, i do business with my car, not with my f ucking hairdryer like you do! Get my claim sorted or cancel my policy immediately and pay back all my premiums paid?!!!
