Was I withOUT inSURANCE?

I joined Virgin a few years back, because of their no-nonsense approach to insurance. If I wanted to get rewards at a later stage, I would of rather opened a savings account. Instead I needed to know I would have someone who really support me in my darkest moment, when I needed to claim. I have been claim free for a few years and have enjoyed some really competitive premiums (I check regularly). Until this month that was when my brand new laptop got from my vehicle in what I presume to be a case of remote jamming. I reported it and almost expected to hear it "was not covered." Instead the claims consultant set out upon helping me instantly to register the claim, and assisted me in reporting it to the police. 2 days later, my claim was finalized! Congratulations on Virgin for not wasting money on sneaky advertising campaigns, and instead not leaving me withOUT inSURANCE. They showed me this is" insurance like it should be, " and for that I will stay a loyal customer for a long time to come.
