I have sent a claim through for a cellphone in November and it was declined at the beginning of January. I sent through a motivation letter and got told it would remain declined because the "manager decided" so, I then asked for this manager to query this, his name is Donovan, I have literally phoned at least 6 times and the responses are: he's in a meeting, hes not available and so on! I am extremely frustrated and have given all my contact details to numerous people at Finrite all in the hopes that Donovan will eventually get hold of me!!! The decline letter says I have 30 days to dispute it, so will I only get information on day 31, and then get told "Sorry Ma'am your 30 days are over"?
