Poor Service

On the 9th of November 2012, I lodged a claim with Budget Insurance to have a bumper bashing repaired on my Hyandai Getz, to date my car has ben in twice to their nominated panel beater and the repair has still not been done to an acceptable standard, I have made 6 calls to the Budget call centre to try and have this addressed as well as 2 e-mails sent to their customer care centre requesting that a senior person call me to get my issues resolved, after each call I am promised that someone will call within an hour but to date I have had no resopnse. I have taken my car to the Budget assor who agrees that the workmanship done is very poor and he also promised to get back to me within a couple of days, this way on the 24th December and to date I still have not heard from him. I am now at my wits end as to how I can get the service from budget Insrance that I have being paying for!
