I obtained above insurance product for the vehicle that had just been acquired by the company (Nozbele Transport Services cc) through a broker GL Insurance BRs. At the same time I also took out a policy for buildings within the same period (mid October 2013). The lightning struck the property 19.10.2013 and caused various damages. Both insurers were advised of the related claims on the 21.10.2013.
Within a week First for Woman business insurance had settled the building claim.
Two weeks after the fact I am still without TVs, Decoders... was promised resolution last Monday / Tuesday but still today the broker said was still waiting for feedback from assessor.
