Nedbank taking customer for a ride

On the 20/11/2013 I applied for a loan at Nedbank via telephone, the lady that I spoke to told me that my loan has been pre-approved, I must just go to the bank & submit my documents, she said this offer is valid for 5 days only & if I don't follow true there will be amount of R1140 that I'll have to pay the bank back if I don't take the money or if I transfer the money back. She forwarded the loan documents & it was filled in, I just had to submit it to the bank & they'll start the process. On the 21/11/2013 I went to Nedbank, the one at the MTN Taxi Rank Johannesburg. I met a woman by the name of Sebenzile Thabede that said she have to check if everything is in order, she made some changes & it didn't border me much coz I believed she knew what she was doing. Once everything was done I went back to work. Around 14h30 pm I got an sms saying my loan has been declined. I called the call centre & they said I am over committed but my form must be re-submitted. I left work early & went back to Nedbank but all for nothing because Sebenzile said they rated me on commercial grounds, I asked what it meant but she could't give me an answer. I am upset coz they took me for a fool, I hate it.
