Personal loan mindboggle

I applied for a personal loan viva the internet, and I was per-approved. Thabiso of the Nedbank call center had explained since our company which I work for does not have a land line, I must supply a letter from my company stating that our company uses cellphone number viva Permi -cell. I went to the bank today, to sign the documents, however I was told by Marjitie of Nedbank key west that they do not accept letters, and said there was nothing she could do further. I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY getting there during my lunch. This also inconveniences me further trying resolve this petty issue as a problem. I have a deadline to meet with this loan to purchase a scooter to get back and forth to work, now I am royally. THANKS NEDBANK.
