Collision is not the same as Hail damage

I requested that a claim for HAIL DAMAGE be cancelled and also requested an email to confirm that I was cancelling the claim. The email i received says " Our client has advised that he does not intend claiming from his OUTsurance Facility for the damage
sustained to the OUTsured vehicle as result of a collision, which occurred on 11/11/2013. The
registration of a claim will adversely affect his OUTbonus and he has preferred to exercise his
common law right of regress against the other party to the collision.
There was no collision - it was HAIL DAMAGE. I phoned Out Surance again and tried to speak to a Team manager. My number was taken and I was informed they would phone me back. Still waiting...
