I applied for a loan with Nedbank in Durban. The loan application was approved, I went in to the Centurion branch to sign my contract and submit further documentation. Which I did.
Following my signing of the contract I was told to bring in further documentation by Kgolofelo which I did (bank statements ID copy). Following this Durban calls to say my loan has been declined because I bank with FNB??? How does this work? First a loan is granted then decline due to an affiliation with another bank.
Worse, I have not received written confirming of this loan cancellation which means my funds can be released to another persons bank and i am at the end liable for payment.
Totally unacceptable and lacks intergrity!!!
