Dont get a homeloan with Standard Bank

It has now been more than a month and still im sent from one person to the next. Thing is when I call the homeloan department every consultant that I have spoken to, and there are many... has read me the reasons for my decline and EVERY time they tell me that the credit department cant place reliance on my co-owner as the financials are for only 3 months. I have sent them financials up to 31 October. Then they decline because of affordability but yet they say my business is in a much better position than when I bought the house a year and a half ago. I was allowed to arbitrate, no consultant in Standard Bank was willing to help. Then an apparent manager, who I found out later was only a team leader started my arbitration process. As far as I know you are not allowed to do this over the phone still they came back with the wrong reasons. I am now trying to get someone to mail me cause I refuse to give standard bank three months notice to move everything I have to ABSA. NO RESPONSE, promised that someone would call me. SURPRISE!!! This all goes back to the fact that Standard Bank did not want to pay my insurance claim and then the Umbudsman told them to. Its obviously read light on my ID!
