INCONSISTANT WITH THE DECLINE REASONS- FOR BOND

On the 16th my loan was declined with scoring and ITC behaviour, an arbitration was done and Ms Prudence Mguni said the decline reason was that I got out of debt review in two years of which to my understanding when you get off debt review you can apply immediately.

The second reason was my African Bank account which I had repaid over two years back, now the Branch arbitrated and now I am declined due to affordability, which is something I have never heard of and again my accounts conduct, I am confused and frustrated because it seems the Bank that is supposed to finance me is inconsistent and they are digging for reasons to decline my applications, why was a credit card granted if they knew they are indebting me as an individual. I need intervention from a neutral individual and I need Standard Bank as my Bank of choice to give me advise unlike just declining me without being consistent.
