My name is Vimal, i am totally disgusted and horrified with the response from standard bank homeloans, sectional title and valuations department. i am purchasing a unit in the above development and all the necessary process was done via an originator for my application. there are 4 units to be built in this development and 2 is complete, standard bank has declined me as thy require the developer to built all 4. i have been banking with standard bank for many years and did not expect to receive a response of this nature. i request that someone of higher authority contact me, i want to speak to one of the senior managers of the homeloans division with regards to this, my application is going on for over 1 month now and it is really frustration. i need a resolution urgently, i am also deciding to move my entire portfolio from standard bank. i am a professional person and i wont accept such an answer.
