Secondary card - disappointed

Hi,

I submitted a form for a secondary card at the beginning of Dec 2012 and the first time I went in to apply they said the secondary person needs to be present so the next day I went in with the person and filled out the forms and they said it would take 2 -3 weeks.

At the end of Jan 2013, I wen back in to the store to query this and was put on the phone with customer care where I was told that there was no application sent through for the secondary application and that I must ask the store manager to resend the form. They said they will check for it and resend it the same day and I left my contact details so that someone contacts me as soon as the form is resubmitted.

Another 2 months later and still no card and no feedback. I left the country on business in December and needed my dad to have the card in case they needed anything from WW and was told he would have it... I am disgusted at the way WW has handled my request for a secondary card and from then onwards have not made WW a priority store.

i am very very disappointed and have made it a point to let my family and friends know of this bad service.
