On the 11 September me and my wife visited the N1 Absa branch for a secondary credit card. At the branch all went well and the sales consultant (Darren comes to mind- not 100% sure) helped us quite fast. 2 weeks later I phoned to hear whats the status... apparantly the application was not complete. The sales-man was going to call me. It never happend. I Phoned again after 2 days, again he was busy. They said he is going to call. It never happend. Again.
