I phoned the call center to inquire about a secondary card, they told me I have to go to the bank At the bank the consultant informed this could be have being done telephonic via the call center however he made the calls and all was done at the bank. He gave me a reference number and advised me to check via the call center in 3 weeks. Thank you Standard bank Port Shepstone.

However today having being put through to 5 different people which all gave me the same answer - nothing has being issued you should apply again via e-mail. One of the consultants was extremely rude the other gave me another number to call. I called the number only to be put back to new business for the 4th time.

The credit card is advertised with a free secondary card so why is the a task that has taken me 2 months and still no help.
