Unwilling to assist call centre

I applied for additional R10k limit which I by far qualify for on my straight facility of my credit card, FNB decreased my total liit to R10k, I am know recieving threatening emails and sms`s from FNB saying that my account if I do not pay in the difference my account will not be in good standing due to it being so overdrawen due to their mistake when processing my limit increase. I have been called in more thant 10 times and nobobdy can assist me, have been on hold for 25minutes now and was told no one can assist me as they are out to lunch. When i called yesterday afternoon, i was told they went home at 4 when your business hours are clearly until 5.
