I recently acquired a new Kulula Credit Card which was approved for a limit of R50 000. In having the card for 3 weeks, i decided to use it for the first time yesterday, only to discover a limit of R800 was loaded to the card. I was told by the department yesterday that it definately was a mistake as the system approval shows the limit approved at R50 000, and i should call back today 04 Feb 13 to correct the limit. From 8:30 this morning to 9:30am, I spoke to 7 consultants without one being able to assist me in getting the correct limit loaded to my card. Each consultant kept passing the buck to a different department. So far, i spoke to the Credit Limit Increase department about 3 times, New applications, and other departments that i was routed to via the automated system.
Please could i have someone take responsiblity of the limit being loaded incorrectly to my card, and merely contact me urgently to sort this issue out.
