Credit Limit Decreased without my knowledge

Good Day,

I went to purchase a few items at Mr Price only to find out they decreased my credit limit. How embarrassing. I called the accounts department today and the call center agent advised because i paid late 06.02.2013 my credit limit was decreased. And no one has the decency of letting me know. But when there is a credit increase, emails and sms comes fast.
