Pathetic service

I always thought Fnb was by far one of the better banks to deal with, however after my husband was recently in the Southgate branch to apply for a loan i changed my mind. He was told when he came in a week ago his loan was approved and was even given a contract to sign, he had given all documents in which was required by the bank. For one whole week your pathetic loans department have done nothing with his application, they have no sense of customer service at all, we cant even go to another bank because we have a signed contract with yourselves for the approved loan which still has not been paid. What kind of people do you hire nowdays, its so dissapointing to think i really though FNB was excellent. I will surely recount this bad experience to as many people as possible so they dont make the mistake of coming to FNB ever!!!
