I applied for a credit card limit increase on my straight facility. The increase was approved and actioned within a few days. In doing so, the limit on my budget facility has been decreased and made R0 . I am told that this was due to my downgrading from a gold account to a silver / classic account. This was not discussed with me. I have sent several mails and have made several calls to the card division (refer QP 1450108, QP 1436367, QP 1432061). Each time, you are pushed from department to department, person to person and no one sorts the issue out. Promises are made to have the correct / responsible person call you back. This never happens. This has been ongoing since 26/04/13. This is truly the worst service I have ever had from a bank. I have been a fnb customer for 16 years, but will not be for much longer if this is the level of service that can be expected. I simply cannot believe this totally rubbish service!!!
