I applied for a smart device via my gold cheque account, it was delcined due to my credit score as per FNB. i was also declined a credit card via FNB due to credit score. My wife also applied for a Credit card Via FNB and she was also declined as the consutant stated she was listed on ITC. we both clearly no that we are not listed, we was offered debt concelling by the consultant, we went through to other banks and we received approval on a credit card vehicle finance without any hassel. i am considering cancelling my current gold cheque account with FNB as i am not happy with the service
