I phoned client services with an issue with tracker installed on my car and Tracker was requesting that i pay premiums which is more than the discounted amount that i must pay tracker as i am a Mi way client due to the fact that no one had informed them of the change from my previous insurance in September. When i spoke to this gentleman called Motheo he took up the matter and spoke with his superiors and then advised me that i would pay the a lesser premium on my next premium with the difference to cover monies being owed to tracker for the period in question.
I am happy for such customer service
