Refund for my excess

I had an accident and I was bumped from the back at a red robot.
The other driver was at fault. I was required to pay for the excess for the repairs but was promised to get it back after investigations were done, if all goes according to plan. Krishnie Naidoo from Miway handled the investigations to track the other insurance company, to hold them liable for payment to damages that happened to my car. She did a brilliant job because what was important was that I get my excess refund back. She kept me informed at all times on the status of the investigation.
