I had a minor burst on my geyser which is insured by Miway. As per the plumbers, it cannot be repaired but replaced. I called MiWay 8h00 am, Sunday morning, 21/07/13 for assistance & I was promised that it would be resolved the same day. But not yet resolved. My family & I had to boil water over the stove to bath on the Sunday, so as Monday in the cold, chilled temperature. "Disgusting Service". Now, I have an argument over the excess to where it states the EXCESS of R500.00 in MiWay's Manual. Now threaten by Miway's contractors, I am to pay the excess of R1250.00 otherwise the job won't be done, hopefully by Monday (22/07/13) evening. Why is Miway me with their SERVICE & EXCESS? I had made numerous calls via my cell phone which costed me about R200 airtime, who is liable for that??? Come on Miway, don't drop your service. Miway was great but now they are turning to be DISGUSTING??? WAKE UP.
