A TDG Logistics truck hit my car on the N3. The owner of the truck informed me his Insurance will pay for the damages of my vehicle. He first informed he would make payment of the excess on the 02/10/2013. After the 02/10/2013 i contacted him and he informed me that he had paid the excess. When i contacted the Insurance they informed he never paid the excess. I kept phoning and emailing him and he kept on saying he paid and he will call me back. He never returned my calls or responded to my emails. He made up names that he sent the proof to at the insurance company but there is no such people that work there. After over 2 months I then had to claim from my insurance for the damages and pay excess and the increase in my premiums. I am very upset that i was to especially that the truck driver was at fault in the Accident. The owner should be liable to pay all my damages. I should not of had to claim from my insurance. I am very upset at the way i was spoken to and treated.
