Feedback on Claim

After experiencing an accident, which was not of my doing, I went through the tedious process of completing the claim. The Mi-way team helped make it much easier by completing the process on-line. Krishnie Naidoo helped in ensuring that I had constant feedback, always reminding me that it was a process and that I might not get my excess back.

Six months later, I received the call to tell me that I would be refunded my excess! Just in time for Christmas.
