Oneplan is the most unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with! Their agents don't know how to assist and they never get back to me! I have to run after them to sort out an issue which is their mistake!
I cancelled my Executive Plan policy and was told I needed to wait 30 days for the cancellation to be effective and that they were going to debit me for the next month, I told them that they could not and they told me to put a stop order on the debit at my bank which I did. Then on the 22 July I get an sms saying that they are going to double debit me on 24 July which isn't even my original agreed debit date, the agreed date is the 28th of each month. I called in and Cornelius originally said they could not find my cancellation email, I had to reforward the reference to him for him to pick it up. He says that the debit will be going off my account and that some other chic is going to call me, I am still waiting!!!
I have had no feedback and whats more this debit is NOT supposed to happen! This company is pathetic!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS!!!
