I had made a third party claim through Miway (personal insurance) in December 2012. Due to poor service from opposing insurance company (Santam) the claim had not been dealt with and, I did not receive my access payment which was due to me. Throughout this time consuming ordeal, Krishnie has constantly updated me with all new developments. This was highly appreciated as the claim had taken 9 months to eventually get paid off by the opposing insurance company. Thank you very much (, )
