I called the customer service to apply for an additional credit card for my spouse the lady refused to forward me the documentation and kept on telling to got to the branch. I actually needed the card for this weekend as my spouse is travelling. I had to cancel the travel because of lazy staff that does not to assit I am really disappointed in the service from absa. And lazy staff. Why have a call center where staff cannot help. It's a total nightmare and inconvenience to take time of from work and go into a branch. Absa should rather close there call center and refer customers to a branch.
