I've been really battling with Absa lately (was a customer for 13 years) and yesterday was the last straw. Since a few of my coworkers were telling me how happy they were with FNB I decided this morning to switch. My fees have dropped and I was done in less time than it took me to get a person to talk to in Absa's call centre. The call centre agent was brilliant (unfortunately I didn't catch her name), friendly and helpful. This is a very good start, I'm sure I've made a good decision.
