So not happy

No response since i applied for the account, this service is pathetic as i really wanted to switch to ABSA, i do not want to switch anymore as this is the first interaction i have had since thursday 13 June 2013 regarding the account.

i have sent through my documents like they requested, I had to phone them this morning to find out what is going on? They then gave me an other email address to send the details and PROMISED feedback in a hours time. That did not happen either
I can not believe that ABSA would advertise such great service, but then they DO NOT DELIVER!!! I am sorry to say but I really think i should not switch any more.
