I am so dissappointed by ABSA. Can somebody advice me on which bank I should switch to.

Last week my internet banking services was not working, and when I called the call centre the guy couldnt give me the reason why it was suspended. Few minutes later it was working. This morning again I can't log in when I called the call centre, The lady I spoke to also she couldnt give me a valid reason why it was suspended because its the last day of the month, and worse there is money in my account, the internet fees goes off the last day of the month of 01st day. Im so inconvinienced about this.

Ive been banking with Absa for more than 5 years now, this is the first time this is happening. Maybe its time to switch banks now.
