I would like to give my highest appreciation to Wesbank and in particular to Charlotte and Pearl for absolutely great service in financing my new car.
From the very second I dealt with Wesbank, the service I received was extremely professional and efficient.
I approached many banks and finance houses to finance the car and not only was Wesbank the first to approve the deal, they also offered the best rate. I had already signed the contract with Wesbank by the time my Nedbank personal banker eventually contacted me with an even worse rate than every other bank I had contacted. To put this into context, I have never had any dealings with Wesbank before and I have been a client of Nedbank since 1999.
I am currently in the process of transferring all my Nedbank accounts, Investments and assets to FNB.
If this is the service I receive from an institution that I have never dealt with compared to being a private banking client with Nedbank, It is pretty obvious that I should rather continue my business with FNB.
