IPad 4 Out of stock only after order placed

Yesterday 29 October 2013 I contacted Vodacom online sales for the IPad 4 deal as advertised on their website. I was promptly phoned back and helped over the phone. I ordered 2 IPAD's 4th generation - one in black and one in white - Both on a topup 2gig data deal. My order number or reference number was given to me. I was pleased with how simple it was!

Only today when I phoned to confirm possible delivery date for these 2 items I was informed that the IPad 4 was out of stock. If I knew this yesterday I would have rather gone to my closest Vodashop to acquire the IPads from them. I went on the internet as I thought this processes would spare me a lot of hassles - now it is one huge headache!

Can you please advise me on whether I can rather collect my order from a vodashop close to me. Or else how I can go about cancelling the order.

I see that Cell C is now offering me a better deal on the same product, maybe you would rather want me to take my invaluable money to them?
