On 15 November I contacted Essential Med via e-mail regarding a double deduction of instalment. I received a mail requesting me to provide proof of payment. I forwarded the e-mails I received from FNB as proof, but was told I have to send my full bank statement. I asked for the name of a contact person, as all the mails that I received from them was just signed "Kind regards, The Essential Med team". I want to make contact with a PERSON (name and surname) not an faceless nameless something. I also feel they can use my proof of payment and verify it against their statements. My bank statement is private and I will not sent them the full statement. I would like someone to contact me as I have also included my telephone details in my mail.
