My mother is on Essential med and I pay the account every month without fail, to ensure that she has medical cover. I have requested that I be assisted with putting a debit order in place, because although the proof of payment is e-mail every month she is always turned away when she goes to the doctor, with claims that payment has not been received, I am still waiting for someone by the name of Lucia to contact me to set this up.

I am afraid that I may lose my mother after paying because of the incompetence of your accounts department. this has been on going for more than 6 months and every time I send the proof of payment, I am told to send it to someone new. The poor service is frustrating. Right now we are waiting for Shirley to send up the debit order forms, hope she will fullfill her promise... yep I am an optimist.
