Poor Online Service Application Processing

My boyfriend is trying to invest in Satrix Swix Top 40.Nowadays, you apply for Satrix Online. What a mission! Firstly, you apply online and they create a form with your details and investement instructions, then you have to e mail this form with supporting documentation to [Email Removed] have been e mailing back and forth since the 3rd Jan! We send the forms, we get an automated response saying the e mail was received and then the next day, an actual person apparently receives the e mail and processes the request. We have had 4 comeback e mails requesting documentation we have already sent! First was the bank statement, which was an official one from inside the bank. When I replied electronically saying "look at the bank stamp, the date, the account number and your Satrix lump sum debit off on the statement', then suddenly the bank statement was good enough. Then the form that Satrix create with your investment plan was rejected saying it doesn't state investment instructions? Then the proof of address was a problem. When a police affidavit was sent with a utility bill, we received an e mail saying an affidavit must be sent?? How unprofessional! It is as if this person can not read!
